Testimonials

“I love having a personal trainer at the Y. Kathleen has developed a muscle strengthening and flexibility program tailored to my particular needs and best of all, she makes getting back into exercise fun and enjoyable. She is supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging!”

Sandy LeFort

"I signed up for the 12 hour full training program in the fall of 2012, and Jeremie Dufresne was my trainer. He gave me a routine that fit my personal goals, showed me where to start and how to keep improving. With the knowledge and encouragement Jeremie provided, I have stuck with my training, and have seen great results. I highly recommend the YMCA's personal training to anyone who wants to become a gym regular, but doesn't know where to start."

Chris White

"I thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions with my trainer, Kathleen. She was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. She gave me the confidence and motivation I needed to continue on with my exercise routine. Thank you Kathleen and YMCA"
